Para que la relación Hacienda/Exportación vuelva a sus promedios históricos el novillo tendría que subir entre 10 y 15 centavos

El promedio histórico del indicador relación hacienda/exportación para el novillo es de 0.93%, pero en las últimas semanas ha estado en 0.89% por lo que “tendría que valer entre 10 y 15 centavos más” para ubicarse nuevamente en ese promedio, afirmó a Valor Agregado el Lic. Joaquín Martinicorena y agregó que “seguramente estamos llegando a un equilibrio”.
En el primer trimestre del año valor promedio de la tonelada de carne exportada se ubicó en US$ 3.784, pero en las tres primeras semanas de marzo el promedio llegó a US$ 4.088, analizando esa evolución el delegado de la Federación Rural en el INAC estimó que “el valor total del Novillo Tipo va a subir al igual que el margen industrial”
